If you just recently purchased a new Caldera spa and wish to register the spa warranty on-line, you’re in the right place! Please note that warranty registration is available only if your spa is new. If you have an existing spa and have technical questions, please contact your Caldera Spa dealer or complete the Customer Service form.

Please register your new spa within 10 days of delivery. This will show proof of purchase and facilitate future communication with Watkins Customer Service Department. All information you provide us will be kept confidential. Thank you for providing us with the information that will help us serve you better in the future; we value your business.
